A few months ago the Labour Party asked its members to send in photos of new schools, hospitals and Sure Start centres build by the government since 1997 as part of its Change We See campaign.
 
You can see some of these photos on the website – www.changewesee.com – and I urge you to take a couple of minutes out of your day to do so.  There is no greater testament to the achievements of our government than it’s investment in people.  But all of this is under threat from the Tories who have made it clear that they will cut public spending from day one if they win the election.
 
Of course, Labour isn’t satisfied with these changes – there is so much more that can be done.  Over the coming weeks and months the Labour Party will be setting out its plans for the future, outlining the changes we want to see in Great Britain – not ‘Broken Britain’.  I hope you’ll be supporting us in our vision for the coming years.  Keep in touch on here to be kept up-to-date with the decisions affecting Manchester Withington.
